Delayed Romance

Wen Linfeng (a silver-tongued top) x Jiang Ling (a quiet bottom). 1v1, happy ending, sweet.

(He's a somewhat delicate bottom, with a rather soft personality. Run if that's not your thing!)

One was born in the sweltering height of summer, the other in the bitter cold of winter.

The seasons wrote their differences into their personalities. Wen Linfeng was warm and sunny. Jiang Ling was withdrawn and gloomy.

Wen Linfeng was talkative, humorous, and witty, while Jiang Ling could barely get a word out.

They were undeniable opposites.

Yet an accident that left Jiang Ling injured brought them together.

For the first time, someone stepped into Jiang Ling's world. Before he knew it, Jiang Ling had fallen into a secret, hopeless crush.

But he didn't dare say a word. The times weren't accepting enough to embrace his "difference."

So after the college entrance exam, Jiang Ling went his separate way from Wen Linfeng, taking his secret with him. Still, he picked up many habits that didn't fit his personality at all.

Ten years later, Jiang Ling ran into Wen Linfeng again while working on a joint project in a third-tier city.

This time, he didn't want to hide his feelings.

Content warnings:

1. The characters are nothing new and have no standout qualities. The bottom is delicate, and really can't even express himself well. Don't read if that's not your thing.

2. A very understated crush that comes true, with feelings that hit hard and make no sense. Don't overthink it. It's mostly just everyday chatter, with few dramatic ups and downs.

The pacing is slow! Very slow! Extremely slow!

The author has a grudge against spaces and breaks sentences at random.

2. The author has no writing skills or culture, no sense of pacing or logic, and the characters may go off track. Please forgive me.

3. Not updated daily! Not updated daily! Updates are irregular because I have no chapters stockpiled and am making it up as I go.

I'm just plain awful. Please go easy on me. If you drop the story, don't tell me~ I'm fragile.

4. Pure romance. The writing flows like water (it really is a running diary). Short story. The school portion is expected to make up about 30%.

Theme: Be brave and love.
