Miss Mad Dog Never Falls in Love

Feng Juan is a very dangerous woman.

A lot of people say that.

She never stays for anyone, because everything in this world is dreary. The happiness of the ignorant is shallow: drinking and revelry are happiness, and so is flitting through a sea of flowers.

She is a free wind. It is impossible to catch the wind; you can only feel it, never make it your own.

When she looks at you, you get the illusion that she is deeply in love with you.

Don't look into her eyes, or you'll fall in love.

But that river of love has no bottom. You'll drown.

When all these heartbroken sorcerers get together to recount their love troubles, they discover at the end that they've all been talking about the same person.

But who could bring themselves to blame her?

After all, they're just a bunch of brothers in misery, all drowning in that river of love.

Gojo Satoru: A life ring! Where's the life ring!

Feng Juan (holding his head down): Down you go!

A heartbreaker is someone who promises you a future in bed, picks out names for your future children with you, then dumps you and even swindles you out of your money. A mad dog is someone who points at the sky in bed and says, "The moon is beautiful tonight," just to cheer you up, then leaves a rose on your desk, kisses you, and says, "Baby, I had no choice."

[Give me your loneliness, your darkness, your heart's hunger. Try to move me with confusion, danger, and failure.]
