Something's Off About My Farming Script!

Lin Buxi is a born plant killer with a built-in debuff: whatever he plants dies. After transmigrating to the interstellar age, he binds himself to a farming System and is overjoyed. His lifelong affliction of killing every plant he grows is finally going to be cured! Then, within a week, he successfully kills every seed he bought from the System. Lin Buxi: ... The System wipes its nervous sweat and has a sudden idea: Don't panic. You're still in the trial period, so you can return or exchange it for free! So it binds Lin Buxi to a childcare System instead. Who could have guessed that a botched operation would merge the two Systems? Things suddenly get very strange. * Lin Buxi's day begins with a little potato rolling over to tattle: [Report! The green peppers on the east side of the garden are about to fight the eggplants next door! Manager, hurry and do something!] Lin Buxi: ...? Fighting again? Are you Northeastern three-delicacy vegetables always this fake? At noon, a mangosteen tree comes pattering over, crying little mangosteens as it goes: [Little Strawberry said you think my fruit is hard. I'm not your favorite baby QAQ] Lin Buxi: ...Don't listen to that nonsense. You're so expensive, of course you're my favorite. After work in the afternoon, just as he's about to head home, a little twig hooks onto his hem again. [Big sister, can you stay and play with me a little longer?] The new tea sapling looks pitiful. [I just got here. I don't know anyone, and I'm scared.] Lin Buxi: ...Give me a break. You think I didn't see you fighting with the plant across from you for fertilizer as soon as you were planted? Later, Lin Buxi's little garden becomes famous. It gives rise to the pepper-and-eggplant alliance that shakes the entire interstellar world, the domineering mangosteen who is best at inflating its own value, and the tea tree with the most tea... Most importantly, every plant in the garden thrives under Lin Buxi's care. They can save desolate planets, beat up space pirates, and dress up in their spare time to make a splash in the Spirit Plant Championship. Lin Buxi's plantation also becomes one of the most powerful forces in the interstellar world, the kind that gets along with everyone. Lin Buxi: ...Thanks for asking. Lin Buxi: I'd still prefer a normal farming story [smile] [Archived with screenshots on 2021/7/7] Theme: Keep hope and love alive, even in adversity
