Something Seems Off About My Noble Academy Script

Yu Jin had known for a long time that the world she lived in was fake.

It was a fictional world, and she was nothing but a cannon-fodder supporting female character, a fake heiress who had taken the place of the real one.

Sooner or later, the lost real heiress would be found by the family. She would enroll alongside the real heiress at the Empire's most prestigious aristocratic academy, where the real heiress would repeatedly outshine and face-slap her. She would watch her friends, admirers, and even her fiancé all follow the real heiress, and eventually spend the rest of her life bitterly as a cannon-fodder foil...

A terrible future. But the script was already set, and Yu Jin couldn't be bothered to fight it. Whatever. Let it happen.

Until the day the real heiress was finally brought back to the family.

Following the plot, Yu Jin shook her hand with an expression of disdain.

The moment their palms touched, she felt a slight sting.

When she pulled her hand back, she found a tiny, firm ball of paper in her palm.

She unfolded it. There were only two short lines:

[Run.

[They're all watching you.]

*

At first, Yu Jin didn't take the inexplicable note seriously.

After all, the script was right there. Where could she even run?

...Until the school organized an outing, and her supposedly extravagant, cold, rigidly stratified aristocratic academy...

Started having students die.

One after another.

All communication with the outside world was cut off, too.

Yu Jin, who had only wanted to quietly follow the plot but had somehow ended up playing detective: ...

Wait, why does my life at this aristocratic academy feel so wrong?!
