Hey, Green Tea, Have You No Manners?

The art academy is never short on beauties. Nan Shu, the undisputed beauty of Lin'an Academy of Fine Arts, is sadly dubbed a "pearl covered in dust."

People lament that despite her lovely face, she comes from a poor family and has to work part-time at a sports car dealership while studying in an expensive major.

Recently, this pearl covered in dust has been feeling conflicted.

While checking out the sports car dealership near her school, she met a girl named Su Xiaoxiao.

Su Xiaoxiao's parents are both dead, and she lives under someone else's roof. She's so delicate and timid that she's the very picture of the classic sweet, innocent girl.

Guided by the traditional virtue of "girls helping girls," Nan Shu lends Su Xiaoxiao a hand in all sorts of ways.

But little by little, Nan Shu notices that the men interested in her disappear as soon as Su Xiaoxiao starts calling them "Brother So-and-so."

Well, well. Turns out she's a rather shameless green tea.

By chance, Nan Shu learns that Su Xiaoxiao is acting like this because Shen Yu, who's studying abroad, hired her to drive away every potential suitor around Nan Shu.

Oh, Shen Yu. Her arrogant childhood betrothed.

Tsk. Wasn't he always going on about calling off their engagement?

Nan Shu promptly offers Su Xiaoxiao double the pay and gets access to every exchange between her and Shen Yu.

Including the ones that haven't happened yet.

Then she successfully gets Shen Yu to fall for her.

Finally, she throws the evidence of him ordering Su Xiaoxiao around right in his face.

Shen Yu panics.
