The people of Yokohama discover that

Dazai, after waking from his vegetative state, is no longer the same person. He no longer wants to kill himself, no longer goes looking for trouble, no longer...

Just as they think this is a good change, he suddenly goes mad.

He leaves the Armed Detective Agency, becomes the boss of the Port Mafia, and spends all its money turning Yokohama upside down, all to find one person.

After failing to talk him out of it again and again, they decide to take action against him. Then someone appears, making them stop.

Because someone who misses a ghost has come here...
