Temp Workers in an Infinite World

Lu Ying is the legendary chosen one when it comes to being a wage slave.

When a flu epidemic swept through, she was the only person at her company who didn't catch it;

When torrential rain brought traffic across the whole city to a standstill, she was the only one who could still make it to work;

When her boss suddenly needed someone to travel overseas for business, she was the only one whose visa hadn't expired;

Every day, Lu Ying was either working or on her way to work.

Who would have thought that after dying in an accident, she'd be dragged into an infinite game and still have to keep working?

Lu Ying: Am I born with some kind of wage-slave constitution or what?! I'm done playing!

So the other players in the game found the new player nicknamed "Die Already" to be extremely weird.

While everyone else in the dungeon was busy looking for clues, she was catching up on sleep;

While everyone else analyzed the plot, she was enjoying afternoon tea;

While everyone else sparred with the NPCs, she chatted with them about the boss's gossip. Listen closely, and she was even sniping at her own teammates...

The other players: Are you trying to get yourself killed or what?!

Lu Ying: What's a wage slave working for? Isn't it so you can slack off while getting paid, enjoy afternoon tea and gossip, and take the occasional dig at your coworkers?

The other players: Don't you want to rack up points, level up, live in a huge house, buy high-level gear, reach the pinnacle of life, and finally escape the game?

Lu Ying: That pitch sounds like it came from some old-school capitalist. I'm not buying it!

The other players: Aren't you afraid of dying in the game?

Lu Ying: No matter what world I'm in, I can't escape my fate of working. Die already!

The other players: I get the logic, but how does she manage to slack off the entire time and still clear the dungeon at the last possible second?!

Later, seeing the players in the guild get lazier and lazier under Lu Ying's influence, Qin Yang, the guild leader and a famously competitive workaholic, couldn't take it anymore.

Qin Yang: Woman, you've caught my interest! Want me to join you in a dungeon?

Lu Ying: Office romance? No way!

A somewhat goofy infinite-flow story.

The focus is on suspense, with a touch of horror.
