If it hadn't been for Su Qing, I personally think the ending would have been that Su's father was suppressed, his biological children became educated youths, the stepmother and grandma's aunt robbed all the family property and were divorced, Su's father became paralyzed, Su's father's work and house savings were taken away, and Ah Qing's biological mother's money was always used by the grandma's family.
