Whenever Yuan Xing appeared in Qin Qingyi's line of sight, he was always impeccably dressed in a suit and utterly serious. Aside from their prominent family backgrounds, they had nothing in common.
From the day she became interested in him, she reined in her wild side, traded her usual revealing clothes for more conservative outfits, and pretended to be sweet and delicate. She was utterly fake.
After playing the good girl for so long, she needed to let her true nature out once in a while.
One day, Qin Qingyi was having a blast with her friends at a bar. A little tipsy, she stood up and launched into an impassioned speech, declaring that she was only playing around with Yuan Xing. But then she saw her friends' faces stiffen one by one.
Puzzled, she followed their gaze and turned around. The expensive suit gradually came into sharp focus before her eyes.
Yuan Xing glanced at her and offered a four-word assessment: "Those shorts are pretty short."
"..."
[Help! How do I salvage my image after blowing my cover?]

After he saw through her fake persona, Qin Qingyi shed her false exterior and went back to being the eldest daughter of the Qin family. The news spread, and her friends all celebrated her escape from misery, assuming she had finally given up on that industry elite who belonged to a different social circle.
But at that very moment, Qin Qingyi was leaning against his desk, her voice alluring. "Big brother, believe it or not, I'll win you over in a month."
Later, Qin Qingyi got tied up with other matters and failed to appear in front of Yuan Xing as usual. So he came looking for her instead.
"There are still three days left in the month." Yuan Xing opened the calendar on his phone and showed it to her. His low voice was slightly hoarse. "Adults have to stand by what they say."
"?"
Was it just her imagination?
Why did he sound a little aggrieved?

One-on-one, happy ending, eight-year age gap
May contain some mildly melodramatic plot points
Synopsis for Catch That Fish:
1.
Yu Xi, a popular game streamer, offended a major gaming company by turning down a collaboration. The company went to great lengths and paid internet trolls to fabricate a melodramatic story about her being kept by a rich man, supposedly her top donor in her livestream.
After the story broke, Yu Xi faced the threat of being forced to stop streaming, while her haters gleefully predicted her fall from grace.
Yu Xi fought hard to get a chance to explain herself live.
She had just finished preparing what to say when her mysterious top donor flooded the chat with gifts, along with a particularly eye-catching comment: [The sugar daddy thing is fake. Our relationship is real.]
Onlookers were stunned, and the couple's fans came back to life, welcoming a new spring. Yu Xi, the person involved, was left completely baffled: Could this guy be a plant sent by the company?
The next day, the head of a well-known game studio issued a statement clarifying the situation and announced the first collaboration the studio had initiated since its founding.
Yu Xi's name was suddenly linked with his on the trending list.
Yu Xi finally understood and called him. "So, you're my fan?"
Xu Zhi laughed in exasperation. "Is that the point?"
2.
Question on a certain Q&A site: What's it like having a girlfriend who loves gaming more than you do?
The head of a well-known game studio replied: "Love me, love my dog. I love her, so of course I love watching her play games."
The comments erupted.
Yu Xi read this exchange, which was completely at odds with the truth, then turned to the man lounging on the sofa and asked in disbelief, "Who was it that threatened to make me quit gaming and spend time with him yesterday?"
Xu Zhi calmly lifted his eyes, smiling at ease. "The person answering the question is your client. I'm your boyfriend. We're not the same."
Yu Xi: "?"
Why had she ever thought this man was gentle?
Theme: Let me heal the scars your past has left behind

If my brother is caught skipping class, I will definitely break his legs. Fortunately, his school is a semi-military boarding school. Thinking about it this way, he seems very pitiful.
