When I Realized I Was in Hell Mode and Couldn’t Die No Matter What [Western Crossover]

To be honest, in this life I'm just an ordinary New Yorker. I'm also the kind of person who can walk away without a scratch from any sudden, bizarre disaster, whether it's an explosion, an invasion by aliens, an armed robbery, or any other crazy incident. My luck is so good, I seem like a character someone made up. After Constantine even admitted, "Bennett really is just an ordinary person, but even if the whole world blew up, he still wouldn't die," I have to confess: it's gone to my head. I loudly heckle every supervillain, and team up with Deadpool to break the fourth wall and curse out the writers for being awful. Even if the Joker takes me hostage, with a bomb about to go off at my feet, a gun at my head, and Joker gas under my nose, I can still cheerfully say, "Is that all you've got?" Don't try to kill me. You really can't, and you'll only exhaust yourself trying. Even the Ultimate Lucky Student would call me an expert. "Bennett Simon, a blessed man who seems to have God's approval." Content notes: 1. There is no fixed timeline, and the story focuses on everyday life. The fourth-wall breaking isn't the kind where the characters realize they're in a book. I'd cringe so hard writing that kind of fourth-wall break I'd blast a hole through the earth. This is just the kind where characters from animated shows and movies realize they're in cartoons or films [?]. Other details will be drawn from the cartoons and movies I've caught up on. Even the official material contradicts itself all the time [ .] 2. A crossover of Marvel, DC, Sherlock, Gravity Falls, and other American comics, possibly with a bit of Japanese anime too. No BL or secondary couples. I'm still deciding whether Spider-Man will be Tobey's or Garfield's, but most likely not Holland's. Jonathan Kent (Superboy) and Konner will be joining in. I will always love the Super family.jpg 3. The protagonist really is an ordinary person with no powers at all. His fighting ability is about on par with Jackie Chan from Jackie Chan Adventures. If you insist on calling anything a superpower, it's probably his incredible luck that keeps him safe no matter what villain he runs into [ .] Theme: Keep smiling, then give this messed-up life a good kick in the butt with your boots
