The Star I Wrote About Has Come to Life

He's a handsome, fashionable superstar with millions of fans.

You're a disheveled writer who types for a pittance every day, juggling several jobs and able to write, fight, and even plaster a wall.

Your lives are two parallel lines that will never meet.

Until one day, the superstar discovers that his life is playing out exactly like a trashy serialized novel.

He desperately wants to meet you, the "god" who controls his fate.

The first time you meet, he charms you online until you're over the moon, but you stop in your tracks outside the cafe where you agreed to meet.

You tell him that you've never actually ridden in a Bentley. You write about BMWs because that's the only car brand you know.

The presidential suite at the Westin was completely made up. You don't know what a celebrity's daily work is like, or that you're not supposed to eat steak with Lao Gan Ma chili sauce.

So the story was an absolute mess.

He sits speechless in the cafe for a long while, remembering the mortifying news story that came out on his first day at work, when he ate two boxed lunches.

The truth is, that day you were out of money and could only afford noodles with greens, so you wrote that the superstar ate two chicken legs in the story out of spite.

But each boxed lunch on set came with only one chicken leg, so he was forced to eat two lunches.

The world is made up of billions of timelines. Your meeting is a brief crossing of two of them, fleeting and romantic.

Told in third person. Probably a short story, just a little idea. Here's a weird blurb for you, hehe!

Theme: Discover the beauty in everyday life.
