The Superpower Made the First Move

[Next up: On the Road to Loving and Hating Dazai, pairing: Dazai]

[An IF storyline featuring the same protagonist as the neighboring novel The Literary Flower of the Military Police Is Destined to Be Alone. Main story complete, extras updating.]

Note:

The crossover novel The Literary Crossover Dream Team is now available. Find it in my collection and enjoy!

Katori Haruka was a spy sent by the Special Division to the Vongola Family. His life was a living hell, and his weekly desperate letters begging to return home always went unanswered. To save himself, he spread a rumor that his boss had dumped him, successfully leaving the Vongola Family. The moment he set foot back on home soil, he took out the leader of the Decay of Angels, then seamlessly joined the Hunting Dogs as a proud military police officer.

Then...

His new coworkers started knocking on his head one by one.

"You eat more than a pig, you're more cowardly than a mouse, you run slower than a tortoise, you can't hold a sword, and you don't know how to use a gun. How did you become a senior executive in the Vongola Family?!"

Katori Haruka: ...Is this reverse praise? Ovo??

*

The Vongola Family's beloved darling was hurt by a jerk and ran away from home. The Tenth Generation boss was so furious that every subordinate looked like the jerk who'd bullied his kid.

The Special Division's second-in-command dug five gigabytes of old emails out of a forgotten corner: pleas to be sent home from the former forgotten good-for-nothing double agent, now the world's strongest Transcendent.

Both sides, plus Jono, were so heartbroken they could barely breathe.

*

Vongola Family: I lost my kid, so why are you making a fuss?

Special Division: Your Hunting Dogs stole my Transcendent, and you still have the nerve to cry?

Jono: The wife I was about to get was kidnapped by a bunch of bastards. Why can't I howl about it?

The clans of the Kings / Armed Detective Agency / Port Mafia / Saiki Kusuo / Hozuki / Ayatsuji: Which brother-in-law or sister-in-law are you calling bastards?

Katori Haruka (an unconventional playboy): But we broke up, ovo.

1. The story has been revised. I really want to write an upgraded version of Jono's wife-chasing, crematorium-style pursuit.

2. Main character is the bottom. His physical strength is poor, but his supernatural ability is absurdly powerful.

3. This is an IF story for the neighboring novel The Literary Flower of the Military Police Is Destined to Be Alone, with a different supernatural ability.

4. An original character, Shiina Hiu, will appear in the middle and later parts. The side pairing is Tetsucho x Hiu.

This novel will be available as a paid work starting April 26, 2021. There will be a major update then, so please support the official release!
