When a Hoodlum Meets a Robber, Who's the Bigger Rogue?

In the beginning, Heaven and Earth were one. From the primordial chaos emerged a god who wielded a giant axe, splitting Heaven from Earth and nurturing all things, bringing blessings to every living being. The world honored him as Pangu.

Legend has it that after the Great Emperor Pangu died, his tomb was hidden amid the auroras of the South Sea. All the beings of the Three Realms coveted the divine artifacts and treasures buried in Pangu's tomb. For countless ages, shadowy figures filled the area, each harboring their own schemes as they lingered around the South Sea. Some even settled there, and the islands were constantly busy with travelers and their carriages.

Yet from ancient times to the present, no one has ever found a trace of Pangu's tomb.

After Pangu's death, two deities remained in the world: Nuwa and Fuxi.

Legend has it that Nuwa and Fuxi were born alongside Heaven. They neither aged nor died, and could neither be injured nor destroyed. They protected every living being in the world.

After the Three Realms had settled into peace, the two deities tasked with guarding Heaven and Earth grew increasingly weary. The two old gods sealed away their senses and withdrew from the world.

As day followed night and time passed, people began to question the old gods of ages past. Had these two gods truly protected the world, or were they merely deified tales invented by people over countless ages to stave off boredom?

Before long, doubt turned to indifference and disregard. The temples to Nuwa and shrines to Fuxi built by generations of ancestors gradually fell silent, until they became abandoned ruins, forgotten by all.

The gods who once protected the Three Realms were gradually forsaken and forgotten by humankind...
