Can Even an Idiot Have a Springtime?

Zuo Zheke is an alternate-color version of a certain vector demon king. His hair is the opposite color of the other's, his eyes are the other's complementary color, and his ability is the opposite of the other's: a scalar. It sounds pretty awesome, but that doesn't change the fact that he's an idiot. "I've never met anyone like you... someone with such powerful abilities and absolutely none of the brains to match." After the demon king insulted him and beat him up, Zuo Zheke finally realized, sorrowfully, that unless he improved his intelligence, he would never escape the demon king's dark rule. To get rid of the idiot label, Zuo Zheke brought out his book of mistakes! He decided to find himself a good teacher, study hard, and improve every day, hoping that with enough effort, his naturally sub-100 IQ would make a miraculous leap! His ideals were beautiful, but reality was cruel. True to his idiot reputation, Zuo Zheke couldn't find a single reliable teacher. Teacher No. 1 believed in Spartan education and beat Zuo Zheke until he was covered in bumps every day. Teacher No. 2 claimed to tailor his teaching to each student, but his greatest pleasure was ordering Zuo Zheke to enlarge the Kikufuku he'd just bought. Teacher No. 3 loved dangerous sports. After being dragged into the water every day, Zuo Zheke learned to swim without a teacher. Under the devoted instruction of this bunch of teachers, Zuo Zheke, growing wild and unchecked... Got even dumber. -- 1. The average person's IQ is generally between 90 and 110. Zuo Zheke's IQ is about 99. 2. Zuo Zheke means "can turn left." In Japan, signs for left turns and one-way streets are opposite colors. Theme: Study hard and improve every day.
