Erian became the CEO of a superhero company in a business simulation game.
While playing, he deliberately split the company's operations into several divisions: public-facing business, core business, branding and marketing, control, and influence.
And so the company became:
On the surface, an incubator for superheroes, building a friendly team of heroes and carrying out rescue missions;
At its core, a pharmaceutical company researching drugs to enhance the body's healing ability and push the limits of strength and intelligence;
A branding and marketing division that polished and optimized the company's superheroes, wrote all kinds of moving backstories, and successfully created and promoted distinct heroic personas;
A control policy stating that, according to their contracts and affiliations, all the company's superheroes belonged to the company and had to follow its every directive. When necessary, the company could “control” them;
Thanks to all of the above, Erian's company wielded extraordinary influence in both the economic and political spheres, attracting the world's attention.
Does all this sound familiar?
It's practically the otherworldly version of Vought!
A company and boss like this are undoubtedly a chilling “supervillain”!
Erian never reads the game logs when he logs in, so he has no idea that some groups see his company as part of a vast conspiracy, or that certain people are plotting against him, whether they're superheroes or supervillains.
Honestly, the thing he does most diligently every day is check the SAN, health, and strength stats of every superhero under his company. If even one of those stats suddenly drops below the threshold, the exceedingly lazy CEO won't wait for them to recover. He'll just force a restart with one click!
Erian: I'm a pay-to-win player. I've got money to burn!
So, on a dark and windy night, Batman sneaks in to gather intelligence, wearing a listening earpiece and VR contact lenses. The sight before him sends a chill down his spine. Some of the superheroes who had been working and carrying out rescue missions during the day are now trapped in cultivation pods.
As he approaches, the bodies with their eyes tightly shut suddenly open them. Bloodshot eyes flash a desperate plea for help as they pound frantically against the transparent pod walls. But the moment they open their mouths, the pods explode with a bang, turning into bloody wreckage. Thick blood splatters across the walls!
In that moment, Batman and everyone behind him feel as if they've fallen into an icy pit.
...What?
For the one hundred and second time, Erian Wayne wondered whether Wayne Enterprises' funding of the Justice League really was the money pit everyone imagined it to be.
To test his theory, he decided to run a simulation in a business game. The game's five core business modules were the development directions he'd repeatedly explored and refined based on real-world market trends. By testing them virtually in the game, he could assess the feasibility of these business models at low cost and avoid potential risks in advance.
Convinced he was the perfect winner in life, Erian Wayne submitted the entire business plan and report to his father, Bruce, after disappearing for several months.

★Nothing much to guide you on for now.
★The pairing is Jason.
★The protagonist's faction is whatever he feels like (you can probably tell from the blurb that he isn't on Bruce's side XD).
