Drink Up This Bowl of Potted Milk!

On the first day the Monster Kindergarten opens, Song Sui nearly makes the social news headlines by curling up in a cardboard box and falling asleep while hugging his tail.

Luckily, all his classmates are adorable little ones with tiny antennae, darting about. The short-legged kitten's innocent head tilts and coquettish wriggles like a cat-shaped noodle quickly make him the most adored little monster in the entire kindergarten.

But as the children tussle over who gets Song Sui's attention, the kitten stares longingly at the huge, glittering fish in the mansion next door, swallowing drool over and over.

He Bai, head of the merfolk clan, has been troubled lately.

The reason is simple: whenever he soaks in his swimming pool, a pair of sparkling cat eyes reliably appears over the wall opposite.

He Bai often wears a distant smile. When he coldly turns down a reporter's interview yet again, Song Sui thinks he is being bullied. He pushes past the other children and runs over with a carton of milk.

"Drink this milk, and I'll protect you from now on!"

Taking the opportunity to ruffle his hair, He Bai laughs softly under the gleam of countless camera flashes. "All right. Then can I come home with you?"

After graduating, Song Sui has fond memories of all his kindergarten classmates.

The little fox in the bed next to his would secretly leave him bowls of milk, while the little silver wolf across from him liked to push meat over with its paws. Even the little green snake who transferred in would wag its tail whenever it saw him.

He understands all that, but why do those business magnates, top-tier stars, and chief researchers crowd into his little cake shop and stare at him so strangely? QAQ

Although Song Sui looks adorable peeking at his fish tail, once He Bai realizes that the other boy drools every time he sees him, he finally teaches him the proper way to eat fish, amid a chorus of "meow-meow" and attacks from tiny paw pads.
