Jiangyang Ends

Blurb:

Four years ago, Jiang Ling asked Ji Changhuai, "What if I get married?"

Ji Changhuai: "The capital is far away. I won't be able to attend in person."

Jiang Ling: ...

Four years later, Ji Changhuai arrived with a million in betrothal gifts. "Your Highness, the betrothal gifts are here. Shall we get married?"

Jiang Ling: "Who are you?"

Coming soon: childhood-friends romance, Wealth and Prosperity

Tao Jin is a painter, and all the palace consorts like to have her paint their portraits.

But she's only ever painted women, never men.

One day, the Crown Prince asked her to paint his portrait, which left her at a loss. So she decided to find a man to practice on.

"Take it off!"

"A Jin, isn't that a bit much?"

"I said take it off, so take it off! You don't wear this much when you're practicing martial arts!"

The only person she could find was her childhood friend, Huo Guangxin, heir to the Prince of Guangping.

"To paint a portrait that gets under the skin and into the bones, why are you so shy about taking off your shirt?"

One day passed, then two, with nothing happening. On the third day... Tao Jin realized something was off.

Why was her face getting hot?

But Huo Guangxin, whose ears had gone just as red, took her brush and said stiffly, "Y-you're only painting my upper body, right?"
