My Junior Is Actually the Mafia Boss?

Blurb: New story: [I Became a Spider Spirit in a Horror World] is now underway. Come check it out, lovely readers! Akashi Kawama graduated from the University of Tokyo with a degree in medicine, then went to Harvard for further study. With a face like his, he had admirers chasing after him from childhood onward. But the one who left the strongest impression on him was a junior student with black hair and violet eyes, an elegant and beautiful young man. After returning to Japan, he heard that his junior had opened a clinic in Yokohama. He made a special trip there, hoping to rekindle their connection, only to find the place empty. Luckily, he could ask a friend he knew to help look for him. The only thing that puzzled him was how his friends always gave him strange, horrified looks whenever he mentioned how cute his junior was. PS: The protagonist has a very unusual thought process and an exceptionally handsome face. Talent scouts have been handing him their cards since he was little. PPS: Akashi Kawama has neither supernatural abilities nor spiritual power. He is blessed by the gods, but doesn't know it. Content warnings √ The protagonist is the pursuer, and the pairing is with a certain trashy boss.
