Everyone says sword cultivators are powerful, and the reason they're powerful is that they have no money.
According to the book, Chu Xiao, senior disciple of the Tianji Sword Sect, was born with a sword bone and possessed formidable strength. He was taciturn, cared for his fellow disciples, was pure and spotless, and had the bearing of an immortal... and so on and so forth.
His one flaw: he was poor.
An additional flaw: he was stupid.
But no one knew how many little secrets Chu Xiao hid in his heart, secrets he could never tell:
One: He couldn't let his junior sister know that saving her back then had been an accident.
Two: He couldn't let his junior sister know that the things he gave his fellow disciples were worthless in his eyes.
Three: He couldn't let his junior sister know that he wasn't stupid at all, and wasn't poor either.
Four: He couldn't let his junior sister...
But there was one thing she absolutely had to know: she and his sword were both more important to him than his life.
As long as he had a sword in his hand, he could protect her and keep her safe for the rest of her life.
Qin Shiyu was that junior sister.
In the original story, she was the doomed cannon-fodder villainess who fought the heroine for the hero, ultimately dying and dragging her family down with her.
As far as Qin Shiyu knew, Chu Xiao was the legendary beautiful-but-tragic man, a stepping stone for the hero, a backup for the heroine, and the good guy in everyone's eyes.
So she wanted to coax him into having a better life.
Then, as she kept coaxing him, she ended up getting tangled up in it herself.
[When a senior sword cultivator who's poor except for his sword meets a junior weapon cultivator who's foolish and rich]
Alone in this life, they only want to be coaxed through it by him/her.

Tao Yao transmigrated into a substitute-bride villainess in an old-school melodramatic romance novel. Her only purpose was to take the heroine's place and marry the tool-like War God.
In the whole book, the hero and all the male supporting characters shared the same unattainable first love. Sadly, she died young, leaving behind only the heroine, her substitute. The heroine and the hero and supporting men tormented one another physically and emotionally, loved and fought, obsessed over love, went mad for love, and slammed their heads into walls for love.
Only at the end would they finally realize the first love was gone, and the substitute was their true love, leading to a joyful happy ending.
As for Tao Yao, the substitute bride, she had practically no role in the story. Not long after it began, she jumped from the Immortal-Slaying Platform for the hero, leaving only her original body's essence, which became the key to saving the heroine.
She didn't want to die, and she especially needed to stay away from plotlines about having her heart ripped out or kidneys harvested. Tao Yao could only cling to the War God, the plot's designated sacrificial tool, and plead: "Your Highness, if you don't come back soon, you'll lose your wife!"
The War God pinched the peach blossom fairy by the nape, his expression icy. "Let go."
Tao Yao was on the verge of tears. "Could I maybe not let go?"
Later, Tao Yao let go and smiled brightly at the handsome young men of the Celestial Realm.
Everyone expected the War God to grow a lush green meadow on his head, but all of Tao Yao's peach-blossom romances withered. The only one left was the peach tree in the War God's palace, standing tall and graceful, its blossoms bright and radiant. Not a single branch had a chance to reach over the wall.
Tao Yao had originally wanted to make waves across the Celestial Realm, but the most ferocious dragon had already claimed the waters.
Tao Yao: "Can you let go now?"
The War God pinched the nape of her neck and pulled her closer. "Mm, no."
[First preorder in my collection]: "Transmigration Is Hard, Even a Little Mouse Sighs" is waiting eagerly in my collection
The sweet girl Xun Zhizhi only realized she had transmigrated into a treasure-hunting mouse, the hero's standard little companion in an upgrade-style novel, after she found Ye Qiuge at the bottom of a cliff. She was supposed to help him scour the land for all kinds of heavenly treasures, send him soaring to success, and, after completing her final plot point, be crushed to death by Ye Qiuge's enemy, becoming the catalyst for his breakthrough. He would then overcome every hardship, clear every obstacle, and ascend to immortality. No! She'd only just gotten a second chance at life. She didn't want to die.
So, Ye Qiuge, could you please try a little harder!
Ye Qiuge had a little notebook titled "The Right Way to Raise a Treasure-Hunting Mouse":
1. Feed it heavenly treasures to help it cultivate and take human form.
2. Dress it up in pretty little skirts so it's adorable.
3. Make it feel weak, helpless, and pitiful so it won't want to leave you.
4. ...
To raise his treasure-hunting mouse better, Ye Qiuge refused to join the number one sword sect under heaven and instead joined the Beast Taming Sect. He had no intention of contracting a stronger spirit beast, and the heavenly treasures he'd worked so hard to find all ended up stuffed into the treasure-hunting mouse's mouth. Even the enemy who was supposed to crush the mouse to death was killed by Ye Qiuge first.
Xun Zhizhi felt the pressure.
Ye Qiuge got hurt again today.
He needs Zhizhi's kisses and hugs to get better.
Did Ye Qiuge's enemy show up today?
The villainous male lead's enemies are everywhere across the mountains.
Did Zhizhi take human form today?
Not yet!
Theme: No matter what circumstances you find yourself in, you can make good use of your abilities to create wealth.
After reading it, what should I say? Just leave it like that.
? ? ? Isn't this a bad ending? ? ?
Had a car accident? Didn't it seem like there was a chapter before that said he died after falling from a height??
Alas??????? Too fast
Isn't it said that whoever loses will take over the position of Peak Master?
