After We Switched Bodies, My Nemesis, an Omega, Blew His Cover as an Alpha

Everyone knows there's a pair of famous rivals in show business who can't stand each other.

Wen Xingjian, the first top-tier star idol to successfully transition into acting, is an Alpha who smells like sea-salt caramel, the "walking hormone" in his fans' eyes.

Xu Qingyan, a three-time Best Actress winner, is an aloof beauty who smells like bitter orange blossom... and is an Omega.

The whole entertainment industry, however, thinks Xu Qingyan is an Alpha.

Until one day, Wen Xingjian and Xu Qingyan swap bodies.

On the first night on set, Wen Xingjian touches the gland at the back of his neck that doesn't belong to him, his eyes wide with shock. In Wen Xingjian's body, Xu Qingyan locks the door with an expressionless face.

"Two choices," Xu Qingyan says. "Help me keep this secret, or we both die."

They strike a deal and play each other's roles: sworn enemies in public, sharing one face in private.

In Xu Qingyan's body, Wen Xingjian nails a scene in one take, leaving the director applauding in delight and the whole crew stunned.

In Wen Xingjian's identity, Xu Qingyan lands three top endorsements, sending their manager into a frenzy.

"You're good at acting."

"And you're pretty good at business deals."

"Don't smile so disgustingly with my face."

"..."

Then the secret Xu Qingyan had hidden for three years is exposed and shoots to the top of the trending charts.

The whole internet turns against him, brands terminate their contracts, the production replaces him, and humiliation and malice rain down from every direction.

Wen Xingjian does the one thing nobody expects: he stands beside Xu Qingyan in the eye of the storm.

"Leave now. Don't get involved. This has nothing to do with you."

"Xu Qingyan, shut up. I decide what happens."

"Wen Xingjian, why are you helping me?"

"I just can't stand it. Don't read too much into it."

"All talk. You've had a crush on me for ages. I have proof."

Xu Qingyan slaps a stack of photos onto the table. Every one shows Wen Xingjian sneaking a look at her, starting from the year he debuted.

"...When did you find out?"

"The first time you used my body and blushed at yourself in the mirror."
