My CEO Romance Script Is All Wrong

[Blurb: Complete] Originally titled "The Canary and His House-Trained CEO"

[Please show some love to my upcoming story, "Marrying the Old-Fashioned Researcher". Blurb at the bottom!]

After Jiang Yi graduated from college, the Jiang family put him in charge of a subsidiary. Overjoyed to become a domineering CEO straight out of college, Jiang Yi thought:

Then I can keep a delicate, gentle, understanding canary!

A few days later, Jiang Yi brought home a handsome man and proudly announced to everyone:

"This is my house-trained canary."

The canary was half a head taller than Jiang Yi, with sharp features and a look that practically screamed, "Keep your distance."

Everyone: "???"

When you stand together, don't you know which one of you is the canary?

Oblivious Jiang Yi lay sprawled across the bed like the character for "too," holding a check and lazily ordering his beautiful, long-legged canary:

"Take good care of me, and fill in whatever amount you want."

The canary took the check from his hand and smiled warmly at him, then...

handed him a stack of company documents that needed his signature.

"You can't sleep until you've finished reading these."

Jiang Yi: ?

Jiang Yi realized that there was something very strange about his canary:

Whose canary spends all day urging the CEO to work, and even manages the company tirelessly for him?

Whose canary responds to a tricky problem at work by pushing up his glasses and saying, "I know how to solve this one"?

Jiang Yi: Is there something wrong with my CEO script?!

When the Jiang family handed the subsidiary to Jiang Yi, they had already prepared for it to lose money.

Everyone else was waiting to laugh at him.

But those hoping for a disaster never saw his company go bankrupt. Instead, it was thriving, and its performance was about to surpass their own companies'.

Everyone: "!!!"

Wait, isn't something wrong with this script?!

Meanwhile, Jiang Yi was exhausted by the canary who kept making him work:

I just want to be a useless CEO who coasts through life. Why is my canary so ambitious?!

#I'm a CEO, but my house-trained canary is taking care of me. What do I do?#

My upcoming story: "Marrying the Old-Fashioned Researcher," about Qi Bai and his partner. If you're interested, please bookmark it!

Blurb: Qi Bai had a crazy suitor who wouldn't take no for an answer and made sure everyone knew he was gay.

With no other choice, he had to find a male escort to pose as his boyfriend.

His fake boyfriend, Jiang Jianzhi, was tall and elegant, handsome as well as scholarly, like a young nobleman stepping out of an old painting.

Apart from being a little old-fashioned, he was the perfect fake boyfriend!

When the fake boyfriend became his real boyfriend, Qi Bai wanted him to change jobs.

Jiang Jianzhi refused. "I like my current job."

Qi Bai didn't want to say outright that his job was disreputable, so he put it tactfully:

"Now that you have me, you can't keep doing this."

Jiang Jianzhi asked why. Qi Bai fell silent for two seconds. "It's not very respectable for a boyfriend."

Jiang Jianzhi looked puzzled. "Is being a professor and doing research not respectable?"

Qi Bai: "???"

Qi Bai was even more confused than he was. "What professor? Aren't you an escort?"

Jiang Jianzhi: "???"

Qi Bai: "???"

Seeing his boyfriend's shocked expression, Qi Bai belatedly realized that there might be a pretty big misunderstanding between them...

Jiang Jianzhi: A naturally aloof young genius who graduated from university at eighteen and became the country's youngest full professor-level researcher at twenty-one.

Professor Jiang was useless with his hands and knew nothing about everyday life. He believed that eating and sleeping were a waste of life.

Students: All he does is research. Professor Jiang is like a machine that only knows how to work!

A cold-blooded tyrant with no human warmth!

Professor Jiang, whose only concern was experimental data, met someone who occupied his thoughts even more than his research on his twenty-sixth birthday...

When news spread that Jiang Jianzhi was dating, the entire faculty and student body was stunned:

Professor Jiang has worldly desires after all?!

No one believed it until they saw Professor Jiang holding hands with an impossibly beautiful young man with delicate features on campus.

Everyone: "!!!"

Art genius x research powerhouse

Theme: Don't be a slacker. Make something of yourself!
