He Talked Himself into a Showbiz Career

When Jin Youyu was at his poorest, he had only 1,500 won to his name. He wandered around a convenience store with the money for ages, but couldn't afford a single thing that would fill him up. The young employee seemed pretty easygoing, so before leaving he asked him for a cup of hot water. That was his first meeting with the young employee, Min Yoongi. They met for the second time just a few hours later. Thinking, "You have to take a chance to get ahead," Jin Youyu spent two-thirds of what he had on lottery tickets, despite being hungry. At the store, he ran into Min Yoongi, who had just gotten off work and come to buy tickets, hoping to win big. They glanced at each other, then looked away. At the same time, they prayed: God, let him get a lousy ticket. The jackpot is mine! The third time they met was six months later, in Big Hit's practice room. During warm-ups, Jin Youyu noticed Min Yoongi looking at him a few extra times in the mirror, so he turned around and gave him a brilliant smile. Being a trainee at Big Hit was the little con artist Jin Youyu's third "side job." He'd gotten by on his good looks, excellent talent, and natural acting skills before, but this time, something seemed a little different. Ummm... Was it because his "coworkers" here were so friendly...? 2020.10.2 Theme: Poverty brought us together.
