[Love Between Fairy and Devil] Little Peach Blossom

[Drama adaptation fanfic, written for love, no breaking up the canon couple and plenty of sweet moments. Please contact me for removal if needed.]

Chang Heng once met a female immortal whose aura did not belong to Shuiyuntian.

At the time, peach blossoms filled the sky. She lounged lazily on a peach tree branch, drinking wine, her dress made of flowing light trailing in the breeze.

Perhaps she noticed him. She used her free hand to perform a divination, then casually tossed aside her wine jar. With a light tap of her toes, she landed beside him.

She leaned in slightly, her eyes curving into a smile. Her exquisite features rivaled the rosy clouds behind her.

"Little Chang Heng, a great tribulation awaits you in the future. I am the only one who can save you."

He obediently kept her by his side, and so a thousand years passed.

Yue Mi is a primordial creator god of the mortal world, dwelling in the Ancient Profound Void, Upper Pure Realm.

She had no ties to the mortal world, and spent her long divine life brewing wine and steeping tea in a peach grove.

Until one day, a wounded fawn entered the grove, where no one ever visited, and told her that she would give her life for him thirty thousand years from then.

He said he would rather vanish into nothingness than let her become part of his destiny.

Yue Mi performed a divination and saw the ties of fate binding him to the mortal world.

She, too, would never trade love for eternal life.

"I am not of the Three Realms. I will protect neither the world nor its people. I will protect only Chang Heng."

The heroine can divine the future and knows how everyone's story ends. She's extremely powerful and fiercely protective.

Acceptance speech: Thanks for asking. Next time, please make the male supporting character who loves but can't have her a little uglier. (Just kidding...)

Theme: Come on, with the third male lead looking like that, there's no way he should be pining in vain!
