[Western Crossover] The Gods' Mission

[My buddy talked me out of changing the premise, so I'm sticking with it] When the stars return to their places, Hastur descends upon Earth once more... but something seems off. He's no longer the mysterious King in Yellow, nor any of the incarnations he has used before. Instead, he's shrunk down into the infant form of an Earth species. He has to fulfill ten thousand wishes from his believers before he can escape this body. Hastur: Someone must be messing with me. The Avengers find a strange boy who wears a yellow raincoat and a white mask every day, seriously asking them what they wish for. The boy also claims he'll grant the wishes of his believers. The Avengers: He's a good kid who likes helping people, just a little too chuunibyou. [Hastur's Tasks] First wish Hastur: I don't know what happened, but "we're out of donuts" is not a reason you can use to fob me off. Clerk: ... Second wish Hastur: Stop asking questions. I'm older than your grandfather. Get me the record on this note. Clerk: ... Nth wish Hastur: I command you to come home with me Loki: ? Hastur: Insect. Loki: ? Beneath the setting sun, the boy in the yellow raincoat carefully slips a little glass dog into his pocket, then pulls out a notebook and crosses off a crookedly written wish. [Today's tasks are complete] *Notes* Everyone is made adorable, the Lovecraftian elements are heavily altered, and the story is full of headcanons. There's only one guiding principle: "Make them change!" Theme: Marine ecology conservation
