He Handed Me a Potato Blossom

The day Jiang Yiliang broke up with me, I cried alone on the street for a very, very long time.

Later, when I decided to go home, I found that someone had mistaken me for a street performer and left a hundred-yuan bill by my feet.

I picked up the bill and headed straight into the mall, where I bought fifty pounds of Jiang Yiliang's favorite potatoes. When I got home, I chopped every single one of them to pieces with a kitchen knife.

After that, whenever there were potatoes on the dinner table, I felt like throwing up, until Jiang Yiliang handed me a potato blossom.

I still remember how he once asked me, "When the potatoes we planted bloom, will you marry me?"

So I asked Jiang Yiliang, "Do you want to marry me again?"

Potatoes bloom in spring. Could spring let me see you one more time?

The main story is in first person and has a bad ending; the extra chapters are in third person.
