City of Fireworks

Can I eat less? Like, just one meal a month?

Can I go without eating altogether? Like, live on fresh air?

You can, in three situations. First, if you want to ascend to immortality. To do that, you must abstain from food, growing so hungry that you feel dizzy and light as air. When you're down to your last breath, you'll ascend. Second, if you want to find out whether your belly or your willpower is more flexible and resilient, or whether you produce more drool or brain juice. Third, if you think you're a god, specifically a banished immortal who made a mistake, was punished, and sent down to the mortal realm, but is destined to return to heaven someday. The trouble is, you've forgotten the way back, so you'll have to resort to a few secret weapons.

Zhao Mengtian doesn't fit into any of those categories. So what does he fit into? He's got no choice. Every time he eats a meal, a man grabs his butt.
