Crossover: Sesshomaru's Cultivation Routine

[The ending was rushed] Sesshomaru had walked a difficult path. When he reached the end, the person sitting there told him it had all been a trick. Ten years of blades, ten years of wind and frost, ten years of hardship, ten years of loneliness. In the end, deep affection was repaid with betrayal, and life and death parted teacher and friend. Was it worth it? He held the rose tightly. "It was worth it. Every bit of it was worth it." Rose never understood why she had fallen in love at first sight with a demon, and remained devoted to him even unto death. Later, she understood. Love was nothing more than a trial on her path to ascension. Many years later, she walked on clouds and rosy mists, with the sun and moon beneath her feet. She bowed slightly to him and said, "From this day on, we are strangers, no matter where we meet. You and I have both fulfilled our duties, and owe each other nothing." He bowed in return, thinking that her white robes looked just like a wedding dress. This story is only for indulging in my personal fantasies.
