I Became a Master Chef at University (From Ancient Times to the Modern Day)

Ongoing novel: The Demon King’s Daily Life Raising a Child; Next up: A Little Culinary Genius Comes to the Bandits’ Den After Chi Yan, owner of a private kitchen, suffers carbon monoxide poisoning, he somehow transmigrates to an unknown ancient era. He becomes a twelve-year-old boy picked up by bandits and taken to their mountain stronghold. To win over Geng Shaoxing, the hot-tempered, food-loving young bandit chief, he has no choice but to play dumb while secretly showing off, working hard to make delicious food. Then he discovers that the bandits aren’t cruel villains at all. They were ordinary people, driven to Mount Wuyun by desperation. And the chubby young chief is adorably silly... The stronghold grows its own vegetables and raises its own pigs. Dishes made with these all-natural ingredients are incredibly delicious. Chi Yan feels like he’s living in a paradise beyond the mortal world. But then, instead of defending the borders against the Tartars, the imperial court begins suppressing bandits at home. The old chief dies fighting to cover Geng Shaoxing and Chi Yan’s escape. The two boys set off on the run with the few remaining members of the stronghold. Along the way, Chi Yan begins recovering his lost memories and gradually uncovers the mystery of his origins. Together, they face hardships and dangers, rise up in rebellion, and defend their homeland... Chi Yan never imagined that a cook like him would be forced to become a strategist. But before becoming a cook, he created major strategy games and achieved financial freedom. So he does have a little intelligence and tactical skill... Pre-release novel: The Aroma of Drunken Crab.
