A note from the author: I wrote this book while I was sick for a year and just couldn't seem to recover. In the end, to ease the stress, I finished it by expanding on my outline. It's also my first romance novel, so the logic and characterization may be a little rough. Please read with caution, sweethearts. orz
Gu Nanchu had terrible luck. It was bad enough that she had to transmigrate, but she ended up as the wife of a prince whose rebellion had failed. All their wealth and status vanished in an instant, and the couple were banished to the countryside to fend for themselves.
The prince, meanwhile, had a leg disability and sat in a wheelchair, unable to do anything. Princess Gu was lazy and loved good food, expecting everything to be brought to her, from clothes to meals.
Everyone thought the emperor was cruel to let his own brother die of starvation in the wilderness.
But after some time, one of the prince's old friends couldn't bear it any longer and went to visit the couple.
There he found Gu Nanchu cooking up a feast of delicious country dishes, with two cups of rice wine and a plate of peanuts, being all lovey-dovey with the prince in his wheelchair.
The friend: …
A wily old fox of a prince X a lazy princess who's best enjoyed salty

"The Princess Abandoned in the Cold Palace"
Other people who transmigrate into princesses get to start out on a sweet, feel-good fantasy romance. Du Yinshu, on the other hand, transmigrated as a young princess living in the cold palace.
But as a modern, high-caliber human being, Du Yinshu believed that how you start doesn't matter.
She starts out with a fever and is about to die?
No problem. Good at solving problems, she tears apart the furniture and burns it to keep warm.
Then what if she runs out of food?
No problem. Good at surviving, she grows vegetables in the cold palace and feeds herself.
What if she has no money for necessities?
No problem. With her wide range of talents, she earns money by performing for the princesses and princes.
And so Du Yinshu, whose life began on the highest difficulty setting, settles into a carefree life in the cold palace.
Then one day, the enemy kingdom sends a prince who looks like a porcelain doll as a hostage. On his first day in the cold palace, he accidentally tramples the melon seedlings Du Yinshu had struggled to sprout.
The next day, he uses a slingshot to scare her chickens into flying around in every direction.
On the Nth day, Du Yinshu, who has always been good at putting up with things, finally reaches her limit and locks the misbehaving prince in an underground chamber for a day and a night.
But what she doesn't expect is for the bratty little prince to cry his heart out, begging her to let him go.
The two of them trade blows and become sworn enemies, getting into loud, chaotic arguments every time they meet.
When Du Yinshu is sixteen, the emperor dies and her elder brother takes the throne. The little prince who had once been held hostage is sent back to his own country.
Just as Du Yinshu thinks she can get back to enjoying a peaceful life, her brother suddenly brings her out of the cold palace and restores her title. The imperial consorts begin treating her with great respect.
But Du Yinshu wants none of it. She only wants to return to the cold palace and tend her fields in peace. When her brother sacrifices her in a political marriage to the enemy kingdom, Du Yinshu leaps from the city wall...
But the enemy general who rushes over like the wind catches her without fail.
Shen Chengjin knows that someone has lived in his heart for years. From the moment he entered that dilapidated palace, a little girl with a face covered in dust and a bright smile had made her way into his heart.
Even then, he swore he would have her, no matter what it took.
Reading guide:
① Childhood sweethearts. The first part is daily life, farming, and playful banter; the latter part has a little court intrigue. Don't scrutinize it too closely.
② The female lead is a strong survivor. She jumps from the city wall not because she wants to die.
③ This blurb is provisional as of [4.28]. I'll add more if I think of anything.
Theme: Work with your own hands and you'll have food and clothing.
The heroine's life is going too smoothly, right? After all, the hero is still a useless prince, and the emperor hasn't sent his subordinates to pay attention, so aren't you worried about the hero making a comeback?
How can a child gnaw a lot of sheep? The heroine is extremely rich, I believe the author is her mother, so she gave away the last jade bracelet?
"Remove" is a big thorn in the side of the author~ contact
It's easy to understand whether the emperor monitors or not. After all, the prince really has no one, so why is it so easy to risk going to the capital to sell... Is the place of exile very close to the capital?
Are Sister Fang and everyone around her Prince's people?
It's update time! I'm a bit afraid to enter.
If you don't understand, just ask, will the male protagonist become emperor in the end?
What about updates? Waited for 2 days
It's so fake. The emperor wants to kill an abandoned prince and exile him to a deserted place. You also fooled a neighbor who suddenly settled next to him! When the emperor does not exist? She was fascinated by human traffickers, but Mrs. Fang, a woman and child neighbor, rescued her out of nowhere! Do you write dream stories about dreams without logic?
"Long" is a big thorn in the side of the author~ open
