Gu Xuechun really couldn't understand the logic of the characters in the novel. For instance, why would the once high-born wicked supporting female character fall hopelessly in love with that rotten cucumber of a male lead?

Gu Xuechun thought that if she were the wicked supporting female character, she'd kill the bastard first to nip the problem in the bud.

Unfortunately, she transmigrated into the body of a maid who washed the wicked supporting female character's feet.

When Gu Xuechun arrived, the wicked supporting female character's bright, flamboyant eyes narrowed slightly. With her delicate jade foot, she gently lifted Gu Xuechun's harmless-looking face.

The moment Gu Xuechun saw those beautiful feet, her whole body started to boil. So she began washing and massaging the wicked supporting female character's feet every day, using every means at her disposal to make her feel good.

The wicked supporting female character looked down on Gu Xuechun because she was only a foot-washing maid. For example, she'd scold Gu Xuechun, but after Gu Xuechun washed her feet, she'd reward her with a handful of gold melon seeds. She'd slap Gu Xuechun's face with humiliating contempt, then later sweetly send her a pile of beauty products made with fragrant jade dew.

Gu Xuechun did everything beautifully, and the wicked supporting female character gradually stopped giving her those rewards. Gu Xuechun was very disappointed.

When the wicked supporting female character went off to stir up trouble with the male lead yet again, Gu Xuechun sighed, thinking that love-brain syndrome couldn't be cured in a day.

But after the wicked supporting female character returned from the male lead's place, she'd take off her clothes with an air of disgust and have Gu Xuechun wash her feet again.

But for some reason, as Gu Xuechun washed her feet, the wicked supporting female character would loosen her clothes and end up lying in bed with her.

Ever since the wicked supporting female character stopped rewarding her and instead started pulling Gu Xuechun into bed every day, Gu Xuechun began to feel disappointed in her.

Fortunately, there was still the female lead. She seemed to have escaped the curse of love-brain syndrome and ordered Gu Xuechun to bring wash water to her room every day. Sometimes she would stare coldly at Gu Xuechun and tell her to throw away all the gold, silver, and jade the male lead had sent.

Of course, money was innocent, so Gu Xuechun happily accepted it.

But one day in the Spring Appreciation Garden, the wicked supporting female character ran into the female lead. She forcefully pulled Gu Xuechun over and said viciously, "You said you'd only wash my feet! How can you wash hers? What is she, anyway?"

The pure-hearted, love-struck female lead smiled and took Gu Xuechun's other hand. "Xiaoxue doesn't like you anymore. Xiaoxue likes me."

1. The wicked supporting female character and the male lead have no romance, and neither do the female lead and the male lead from the original story! The protagonist is adored by everyone!

2. The protagonist has mild avoidant attachment. This is the author's personal indulgence, so run if you don't like this characterization!

3. At first, the top and bottom are not equals. The bottom has avoidant attachment and is a little world-weary. She likes serving other people, but won't develop feelings for them. Don't judge her by normal standards. Later, the top will have to pursue her and win her back.
