My Husband Became an Alpha, and I Became an Omega

[Originally titled "Unexpectedly Differentiated Twice"]

On the first day of school,

Ji Qijing boldly declared his claim in front of the entire class.

Ji Qijing: "This is Feng Jinyu! He's my childhood sweetheart and boyfriend! Don't even think about going after him, thanks!"

One month into the school year,

Ji Qijing made another outrageous declaration in front of everyone.

Ji Qijing: "Alphas and Omegas? They're just slaves to their desires. How could they compare to us Betas? I'll show everyone that love between two Betas is the purest and most beautiful!"

As the first semester was about to end,

Feng Jinyu suddenly differentiated into an Alpha.

Ji Qijing: "Actually... an Alpha-Beta romance doesn't sound so bad?"

On the eve of the second semester,

Ji Qijing began showing signs of differentiating into an Omega.

Ji Qijing: "...Well, this is awkward. Really awkward."

After they differentiated,

Ji Qijing was teased by his best friend.

His friend ribbed him: "Love between two Betas is the purest and most beautiful?"

Ji Qijing nodded gravely: "That's right."

His friend: "?"

Ji Qijing: "Because ever since we differentiated, there's nothing pure about us anymore."

His friend: "..."

Never mind. I'm out.
