Wen Xuyan transmigrated into the body of a lonely, helpless, and powerless princess consort. The moment she arrived, someone pinned her down while the secondary consort tried to slash her face with a knife.
Wen Xuyan was shocked and furious: WTF?!
So she beat everyone there to a pulp.
Then the prince showed up.
And then she discovered the prince was an idiot... Wen Xuyan covered her mouth, afraid she might laugh out loud. Oh, wow! Doesn't that mean I can do whatever I want as his princess consort?
For some reason, Prince Li Yushu had been pretending to be an idiot for three years. Just as he was figuring out how to naturally "recover," he discovered that his newlywed princess consort, reputed to be meek and timid, had gone crazy.
When the princess consort returned to her parents' home, everyone sneered at her. Her response: bring out the bricks.
The imperial eunuch delivering an edict acted arrogantly, praising her on the surface while insulting her underneath. Her response: bring out the bricks.
Assassins who came charging in at midnight disturbed the princess consort's sleep. Her response: bring out the bricks.
A stranger claiming to be her senior fellow disciple tried to take her away. Her response: bring out the bricks.
Her cousin insisted on eloping with her. Sick of his nonsense, the princess consort's response: bring out the bricks.
The Eleventh Prince made snide remarks about her husband. Her response: first throw a sack over his head, then bring out the bricks.
When she learned the prince had pretended to be an idiot and deceived her for so long, her response: bring out the bricks.
Later, the secret guards ordered to protect the princess consort said:
Guard Number One: "She's fierce."
Guard Number Two: "She's scary."
Guard Number Three: "She's terrifying."
Guard Number Four: "She's so violent."
Guard Number Five: "Your Highness, save me!"
The short-tempered princess consort's famous quote: "Would you like this golden brick, this silver brick, or this ordinary brick?"
The prince's shameless praise: "The princess consort's graceful movements as she swings her brick are utterly captivating."
Coming soon: Modern Romance, My Ex-Boyfriend Is Angry Again
Years later, Rao Qing'an and Fu Xiao ran into each other unexpectedly. She was tipsy at a gathering with friends, watching them all pair off, and was overcome with grief and regret. Tears streaming down her face, she cried, "If I hadn't broken up with him back then, our kid would be old enough to run errands by now!"
The table suddenly fell silent. She turned around and saw a tall, handsome man standing there, straight as a bamboo stalk and staring at her. She blinked, then staggered over to him and giggled. "Hey, handsome, you look just like my ex-boyfriend... Since we're so fated, why don't we add each other on WeChat?"
Rao Qing'an's ex-boyfriend, Fu Xiao, stayed calm and composed. "Take a good look at who I am."
Rao Qing'an was bewildered. She shook her head and asked cautiously, "Do I know you?"
Fu Xiao froze for a moment, then laughed in exasperation.
They met for the second time on a film set. He was an investor surrounded by people, while she was an actress who had been frozen out for years and had fallen far down the ranks. Her agent pushed her to go introduce herself to the big-shot investor.
"H-hello, Mr. Fu. I'm Rao Qing'an, playing the third female lead."
Fu Xiao glanced at the hand she held out, then turned away coldly.
The third time they met, rain poured from the sky. Rao Qing'an sat before her father's tombstone, weeping in despair, when suddenly the rain stopped falling on her.
She looked up and froze at the sight of a tall figure dressed in black, holding a black umbrella. Through her tear-blurred vision, she recognized him.
Fu Xiao bent down and tried to hand her the umbrella. "Go home soon."
"Fu Xiao! If you're angry and want revenge, toy with my feelings, but don't ruin my career! Please..." Rao Qing'an clung to his leg, sobbing uncontrollably, tears streaming down her face. "Mess with my feelings, not my career!"
Fu Xiao: "..."

After Fu Xiao was dumped, he spent three days and nights trying to figure out what he'd done wrong to make Rao Qing'an break up with him so decisively and then vanish without a trace.
He'd been unable to let it go for years, but at last decided to put the past behind him and move on. Then one day, that bad little rabbit suddenly appeared.
The bad little rabbit clung to his leg, begging him to toy with her feelings.
Well, she'd walked right into his hands.
Theme: Punish evil and promote good, and care for vulnerable groups
This novel is getting worse and worse as it gets written. I really regret reading it. The later chapters are really unfinished. Why are there three men and three women in every novel and TV series? It's so disgusting. I always write the heroine as a person that all men fall in love with and want to have sex with. I always write the hero as a person that women will miss and want to sleep with. Rather than saying that this is a strange disease that is prevalent in the world, it is more the author's own thoughts. . . . .
What! You didn't even wear a raincoat, but you brought a small raincoat XDDD
It's really going to make me sick to death, fuck! The author might as well have replaced the male protagonist. With such a life-saving love, the female protagonist will remember to fall in love with the male partner for the rest of her life. It's disgusting, damn it! This scenario happens again!
This is such a disgusting plot. In the beginning, the heroine was set up to be strong and powerful, and now it is made that the heroine can be framed by anyone and any little scheme. How disgusting is it? . . .
These are idiotic protagonists. Such a plot setting seems very abrupt and stiff, instantly reducing the writing style of this novel to bad writing. . . .
I don't understand how an idiot like the heroine could survive three episodes. . . .
Why amnesia? I really hate amnesia memes (sigh)
Fuck, I'm crying. I'm too old to watch even the slightest bit of abuse.
Inexplicably, I think the little straw man is so cute
It's too funny to pay money in exchange for not sending troops, right?
I don't really like watching apocalyptic zombies either…
