The First Sect of the Ghostly Way Is Open for Business!

Abandoned. Don't bother reading.

A behind-the-scenes mastermind and business-building story, with underlings everywhere.

Everyone knows that the cultivation world is dominated by three great immortal sects. They have held the top spots on the sect rankings for thousands of years, and no one has ever shaken their position.

Then one day, a small sect called the Gui Sect suddenly appeared on the rankings. Its position shot up in no time, and everything it did was more earth-shattering than the last. It even shamelessly proclaimed itself the number one sect of the Unorthodox Path!

Countless ambitious young people who had never had a chance were swept up in its fervor and wanted to join. But no one knew where the Gui Sect was, and none of its disciples used their real names in public.

Something was beginning to feel wrong.

The many powerful figures in the Gui Sect couldn't have appeared out of nowhere. There had to be plenty of disciples from the other sects defecting.

Yet the three great immortal sects took an ambiguous stance. Not only did they fail to stop the Gui Sect's rise, they seemed to be letting it happen.

Rumors swirled in every direction. It wasn't until the Gui Sect reached the top of the sect rankings and held its first internal banquet that the mysterious sect finally revealed its true face.

The cultivation world fell into utter chaos.

The powerful figures looked at one another and cried out in unison: I thought I was the only one who'd secretly joined the Gui Sect. I never expected everyone here to be members too!

Everyone was curious what kind of legend the sect leader must be to have convinced so many powerful figures to join. All sorts of scandalous stories about him spread through the cultivation world.

They said he was a pervert who had once been jilted by his fiance while alive, then became a heartbreaker after death, leading a certain high-ranking, innocent Divine Venerable on before abandoning him!

After that, he was too embarrassed to show his real face, so he kept it covered all day. People nicknamed him the Ugliest Man in the World!
