Why Are All the Players Afraid of My Boyfriend? [Infinite]

Xie Xuechu is a handsome rookie actor who has just graduated. He lands the lead role in a horror film directed by a famous director, but strange things keep happening on set.

As an ordinary person blessed with only a tiny bit of good looks, Xie Xuechu is helpless. Fortunately, overnight, a tall and handsome award-winning actor appears out of nowhere as the film's other lead.

The actor treats him well and becomes his support on set. The only problem is that their scenes together are difficult.

To heighten the thrills, the script contains plenty of steamy romantic scenes. There's always an audience for watching the gorgeous lead get terrorized and abused by ghosts.

Xie Xuechu shows up every day in perfectly good clothes, only to finish filming looking like a wreck, with powder all over him from head to toe.

He even has to start dating the actor for the time being to help with the upcoming publicity campaign.

Then one day, a System drops out of the sky and tells him that the world has been divided into role-playing instances. Xie Xuechu is an important NPC, and the players have to act as the people around him without getting caught.

Seeing the assistants, agents, lighting technicians, and others who have appeared out of nowhere on set, Xie Xuechu kindly takes care of them and does his best to play along, pretending not to know the truth. When they're at their most helpless and desperate, he even introduces them to his boyfriend, the award-winning actor...

Then he is left baffled.

Why are all the players so afraid of his boyfriend?

What do they mean by an unwinnable instance boss?

*

At first, the players scoff at Xie Xuechu's attempts to help them.

This NPC is so beautiful and alluring that every day on set, some unknown little ghost drags him away and torments him. He comes back with his clothes in disarray and the corners of his eyes red. Plenty of players are just waiting for a chance to toy with and torment him.

They hear he also has a boyfriend who's never shown his face, and they're even more eager to find out whether this beauty will cry even more prettily if they kill his boyfriend in front of him.

Then, after they egg him on, the shy beauty NPC takes them to meet his boyfriend.

The ultimate boss of the haunted film set, an evil spirit; the inhuman creature that escaped from the horror laboratory; the mysterious Cthulhu aboard the cruise ship... The big shots from these unwinnable instances all vie to cradle Xie Xuechu in their hands, their expressions twisted and crazed.

The players' eyes nearly pop out of their heads. Their knees buckle, and they drop to the ground with a thud.

From then on, one absolutely forbidden rule spreads throughout the infinite instances.

Never provoke an NPC who is excessively beautiful and alluring.

A beautiful NPC with only a tiny bit of good looks, beloved by all, x a yandere, perverted, fragmented instance boss as the love interest
