[Ongoing campus sweet treat, I Didn't Lure Him, He Took the Bait. Please add it to your favorites~ Blurb at the very bottom~] Blurb: He Yu suffers from Omega pheromone dysregulation. His pheromones not only fail to attract Alphas, they also make any Alpha who smells them extremely repulsed. Life is already hard, but things can get even harder for He Yu. After confessing to a gaming friend he'd known for a year and telling him about his condition, the other guy quit the game... One day, He Yu found their Tongyan No. 1 High's top dog at his doorstep: Chu Yi, an Alpha with super-S-class pheromones. Chu Yi was covered in blood and must have just come through a fierce fight. His S-class pheromones surged at He Yu like crazy, and He Yu's legs went weak. The first thing he did was bow so low his forehead hit the ground with a thud... With his hands and feet all wobbly, He Yu helped Chu Yi into his home, giving him a tiny bit of his own pheromones. Sure enough, Chu Yi came to his senses after smelling them. Not only did he come around, he threw up, too. He Yu quickly bowed at a ninety-degree angle and apologized. "I'm sorry!" Chu Yi: "..." He was allergic to alcohol and had thrown up. Why was this guy apologizing? The two unexpectedly discovered their compatibility was as high as 98 percent. Chu Yi, who was about to be forced into an arranged marriage by his family, made an enticing offer: "Pretend to be my boyfriend. I'll pay you twenty thousand a month." He Yu promptly bowed to money. And just like that, He Yu went from being a nobody to becoming the boyfriend of Chu Yi, the campus heartthrob of No. 1 High! They show off their affection everywhere, every day! One day, He Yu accidentally saw Chu Yi's game ID. It was exactly the same as the ID of the guy he'd had a crush on, who had quit the game! He Yu was horrified. "Bro, let's play something else!" Chu Yi said nonchalantly, "No. We're playing this one." As he spoke, he opened He Yu's account. They both fell silent. Key points: 1. A goofy, pretending-to-be-timid, top-student bottom X a campus big shot, insanely rich, shamelessly flirty top student top [It's really just a love story between "a little dog pretending to be a coward" and "an old dog who's shamelessly brazen about being a flirt"] 2. The main characters are adults. 3. The bottom's pheromones smell like watermelon, and the top's are an abstract type of ice. An icy watermelon combo! 4. Goofy author's Weibo: Kong Wu Bing Bing Ongoing novel: I Didn't Lure Him, He Took the Bait Blurb: When he woke up, Xu Zirun stared at the ceiling. If he remembered right, the boy who'd kissed him in his dream last night was Jiang Yi. Oh well. He got up calmly. Jiang Yi had moved away almost three years ago. No need to panic. But life has a way of being full of surprises. Jiang Yi transferred back. When dorm rooms were assigned at the start of the new semester, Xu Zirun read the name on the door letter by letter, gritting his teeth: Jiang, Yi. He closed his eyes and tried to smile. It was no big deal, living and eating with his crush every day, seeing him whenever he opened or closed his eyes, sharing a bathroom, and having a very good chance of seeing him naked... right? To keep himself from pouncing like a tiger and ruining the new heartthrob of No. 6 High, Xu Zirun tried to play the part of No. 6 High's thorny rose. Every day, his face said, "Strangers (Jiang Yi) keep out," while his mouth said, "I bite." But Jiang Yi just didn't care! With that devastatingly handsome face, he was always wandering around in front of Xu Zirun. Within minutes, he'd sidle up and stick to him, teasing him at every opportunity. He was always smiling like a gentle breeze, following Xu Zirun around like a gorgeous little shadow with a level-ten beauty filter. Xu Zirun: Which step went wrong? Why is Jiang Yi looking at me more and more strangely! Because of family matters, Jiang Yi transferred to No. 6 High and reunited with his closest childhood friend, Xu Zirun. After three years apart, the boy hadn't grown much taller. Instead, he was even more delicate and pretty, and when he frowned and glared at people, he looked like a little rose with thorns. The two of them were assigned to the same dorm room, and at first Jiang Yi didn't think much of it. Until he noticed that whenever he changed clothes, Xu Zirun always looked away, his Adam's apple bobbing. When Jiang Yi changed, he never made a point of turning away from him, and his clean, pale skin was dazzling. Before the water was shut off, Xu Zirun would rather go downstairs to take a cold shower than wash up with him, and so on and so forth. Jiang Yi came up with a bold theory. His peach-blossom eyes narrowed. He flicked Xu Zirun on the forehead while the latter was spacing out in class. The instant Xu Zirun swatted at him, Jiang Yi interlaced their fingers and blocked the blow, then apologized with a smile. He'd been turned gay, so Runrun had to take responsibility. A little note: 1. A handsome, pretty, thorny rose bottom X a handsome, flirtatious, doting top with no limits 2. The blurb was written on September 11, 2021, and has been screenshotted.
