[Young Justice] The Life and Lies of Esmeralda, a Great Sorceress

Esmeralda's master once prophesied that her big mouth would be the ruin of her.

Esmeralda's response: "Is that actually true? But I'm not a tsundere like you."

Master: "Just you wait. :)"

Then one day, she accidentally misspoke while reciting a spell. When she opened her eyes again, she found herself in an unfamiliar world she knew nothing about.

Under the scrutinizing gaze of strangers, the young witch gripped her wand and opened with a lie:

"I am the greatest white witch in the world, Esmeralda Aubrey."

From then on, words became her greatest shackle.

"People shouldn't fall in love with a compulsive liar. At least, they really shouldn't."

"Really? Haven't you heard that a secret makes a woman woman?"

1. This is a 1v1 pairing, already decided: Young Justice Dick Grayson. I'll only write the plots from seasons one and two of Young Justice.

2. Borrowing some elements from Harry Potter and Hogwarts Legacy.

3. Some romance plotlines will be significantly altered or omitted. Read at your discretion.

Theme: The greatest lie should begin by fooling yourself.
