Afterward, the powerful men begin a substitute romance, transferring their affections to the heroine, Liu Pianpian. In the end, they join forces to kill the villainous Demon Lord beneath Heartbreak Cliff, scattering her soul.

When Mu Xizhao transmigrates into the book, the powerful figures have only just begun to suspect the white moonlight's identity. And aside from a body full of abundant spiritual energy she can't use, Mu Xizhao has inherited none of the Demon Lord's abilities. She's basically a giant power bank.

A newly initiated disciple of the Demon Realm asks an older disciple: "Is our Demon Lord powerful?"

The senior disciple smiles proudly. "I feel like the Demon Lord has gotten even more powerful in recent years. It's been a long time since anyone could make her draw her blade!"

The false Lord of the Demon Realm hasn't found a worthy opponent in ages.

The real Lord of the Demon Realm is hugging a fluffy fox she picked up somewhere and frantically venting.

When the plot finally reaches the Demon Lord's execution, Mu Xizhao successfully fakes her death with the System's help. But then the fox demon youth who pursued her catches her.

Aci smiles tenderly, his gaze icy.

"Zhaozhao... where are you going this time?"

1. Logic is dead. The humor is (in the author's opinion) silly. This is not orthodox xianxia, and the setting is full of personal inventions. The writing is plain and rambling. That's just how it is.
