In the interstellar age, cosmic radiation has given some people extraordinary physical strength. At the same time, they must endure the various effects, mild or severe, that radiation has on their bodies. And so the profession of healer came into being: people with less impressive physical abilities but exceptionally strong mental powers. Every qualified healer can use their abilities to ease the side effects of cosmic radiation in those they treat, and there are many different ways to do so. Ning Yuan, who occasionally has recipes flash through his memories, was identified as having the potential to become a healer when he was little. As he gradually grows up in this world, he begins to open his eyes and take a serious look at it. There are decorated generals who end up confined to their sickbeds. There are healers who have saved countless lives but ultimately cannot save themselves. There are researchers who work themselves to the bone, when every experiment is actually costing them years of their lives. There are far too many people like this. Each of them protects everything behind them in their own way. And so, later on, the general downs three bowls of unsalted chicken soup in a row. The healer gets three meals a day tailored just for him: scrambled eggs with green peppers and strawberries for breakfast, durian stewed with stinky tofu for lunch, and three glasses of fresh lemon juice chugged down at dinner. The researcher cradles his warm, sweet walnut milk pudding and smiles, relieved to have survived. Later still, at some point, the Federal Military Academy gets its first cafeteria, and a restaurant springs up in Central Star. From then on, a long line forms at the academy cafeteria, and the restaurant in Central Star is always packed. When they hear these rumors, the diners who were the little guy's first customers offer a fragile but determined smile. It's another childcare story, with everyday interstellar cuisine and farming. Yuanyuan is a transmigrated little one, but he was so young when he transmigrated that he doesn't know it himself. His cooking is pretty disastrous at first, but he'll slowly become a true god of cooking. The love interest is initially one of the fluffy creatures Yuanyuan raises. During the customary interviews before filming begins, all four guests suddenly receive a group call request at the same time. Someone on the other end says, “Hey, where are you guys? Qiuqiu's got a fever and is at the hospital. Are you coming to see him?” The viewers watching outside the live stream aren't concerned. Their friend has a fever? They can go after the show. But then the rising scientist pushes up his glasses and turns to leave. The Best Actor asks his agent to negotiate with the production team about compensation and postponing filming. The famous rich heir strides toward the limited-edition supercar parked outside. The pianist sees what the other three are doing, changes out of her high heels, and gets ready to speed-walk.
