[Heavenly Sword and Dragon Slaying Saber] Sunset Over Azure Clouds

What is the martial world like?

In the stories, the martial world is a place of fame and fortune where people settle scores with gleeful abandon. Famous members of righteous sects and demonic cult fiends who have committed every imaginable evil compete in deadly battles. She had read about Wudang, Emei, Huashan, Kunlun, Kongtong, and Shaolin, and had seen the name of the Ming Cult, but never once had she come across her own sect.

So when she first met Song Qingshu, she, a girl from a tiny sect, couldn't help but admire him. Now this was a heaven-blessed favorite, adored by all.

A martial world with only the Six Great Sects and the Ming Cult is one that exists in stories. In those tales, Wudang's chief disciple might be a perfect match for Emei's beloved student, or might fall deeply in love with a bewitching woman from a demonic sect. But in the real martial world, anything is possible, because it is made up of countless ordinary people.

Pairing: Song Qingshu. Song Qingshu in the 2019 version of The Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber is so dignified.

Tip: This idea is still a bit fragmented and needs work. The blurb might make the heroine sound upbeat, but she's a philosopher with a very detached view of life and death (seriously).

But, as always, I love writing romances that change people's lives.

Theme: Broadening the vision of the martial world
