[Naruto: Izumi and Sakura] The Beginning of Cold Spring

Only later did Haruno Sakura realize that her heart had already been stirred the moment she first saw the boy whose face resembled someone from her past.

She had a feeling this would be the most fantastical, bizarre, and unbelievable experience of her life.

When she followed him and pushed open the paper door marked with the red-and-white fan crest, she had already entered the world she was curious about but could never avoid: the thoughts and secrets of the Uchiha, whom she longed to hear and yet wished she could block out.

That summer, she unexpectedly met the gaze of Izuna, sitting beneath the covered veranda. Amid a sea of crimson, her heart was stirred by a single question:

“Tell me, when you look through my eyes, who do you see?”

A whisper, as if from a lover.

The classic Warring States transmigration setup. If MadaSaku works, why not IzunaSaku? (shouting)

A self-indulgent work

Theme: If MadaSaku works, then IzunaSaku definitely can too!
