After Running Away from My Wedding, I Was Taken in by a Port Executive

[Early work, read at your own risk]

The second young lady of the Hananoin family is to be engaged. Her betrothed is an officer whose name and face are unknown to her.

The servants tell her that the Port Mafia are demons among demons, and that she'll surely be dead within three days of marrying into the family.

So Hananoin Natsuka, a canary who has been kept caged at home for as long as she can remember, murmurs, "Life is precious," and flees in the middle of the night.

Then, on the streets of Yokohama, she takes the name Akashi Natsuka and is taken home by a man with reddish-orange hair.

Little scene:

Natsuka: Did you know? My fiance is in the Mafia, a demon among demons! He kills without blinking and eats people without wiping his mouth. He's terrifying!

A certain officer (eyes trembling) inner monologue: Huh? Huh? Who's this? Is that supposed to be me?????
