Xenotransplantation

Jiang Wu and Qi Yizong are the sort of friends who can go three months without seeing each other because they're so busy, yet still keep each other's clothes in their wardrobes.

One day, multiple universes begin to merge. Strange entities appear across the world, and some humans awaken supernatural abilities.

Jiang Wu awakens an ability too, transforming from a surgeon into a supernatural doctor.

He transplants the eyes of strange entities into blind patients, replaces the hearts of heart patients with those of strange entities, and attaches the limbs of strange entities to people with damaged limbs.

His medical skills work miracles, curing patients at a touch, and he earns widespread respect.

Just as everything seems to be going well, Qi Yizong learns a secret that could cost him dearly.

The secret makes him incredibly powerful, and impossibly stingy.

What everyone thinks of Qi Yizong: That damn cheapskate, the kind with magnets in his pockets! If he doesn't manage to suck the fuzz off everyone else, he's lost! Who cares if he's handsome and powerful?

How Qi Yizong treats Jiang Wu: “A Wu, take all the gear with you. It doesn't matter if you waste it. Every extra item is another chance to stay alive. I'll earn more once you've used it all.”

Everyone thinks Qi Yizong must be dating Jiang Wu to treat him so well.

Jiang Wu: “No, we're just pure and innocent brothers.”

Until one day, in front of a crowd, someone confesses to Jiang Wu.

Everyone turns in unison to look at Qi Yizong.
