She grew up in the slums and joined the Port Mafia as a teenager.

She loves her mentor Dazai most of all, but no matter how hard Akutagawa tries, he has never praised her.

On the day Dazai defected from the Port Mafia, Akutagawa opened more than ten bottles of liquor. When she woke up the next day, she found Dazai's coat lying on her bed.

Akutagawa raises her young son on her own.

Luckily, the organization is thoughtful. The boss sent her to teach at a middle school so she could take good care of her child, and a former student invited her to Italy.

The Port Mafia's Mr. Hat takes great care of her, buying her little gifts from time to time.

Then there's the fluffy white tiger boy she meets, who often brings snacks for her son.

Aside from the occasional dangerous job as an outside helper for the Demon Slayer Corps, Akutagawa has a pretty good life.

That is, until one day, the boy's father, Dazai, comes back.
