After Being Diagnosed with a Terminal Illness, I Became Famous in Showbiz

When Ye Chan first came from the cultivation world, he was caught up in an undeserved scandal and vilified across the internet.

After discovering he had a terminal illness and only a few days left to live, he decided to leave the entertainment industry as quickly as possible.

But who could have guessed that from then on, his name would keep popping up in headline after headline

News site: “Magnitude 6.2 earthquake in Sichuan and Chongqing. Ye Chan braved the danger to save the entire film crew!”

Ye Chan: “???” He'd only happened to pass by and lend a hand?

Daoist Association: “Welcome back, Grandmaster! Our sect will surely flourish!”

Ye Chan: “???” He'd only jotted down a cultivation method on a whim?

National Research Institute: “Thank you, Ye Chan, for your outstanding contributions to our country's medicine!”

Ye Chan: “???” He'd only happened to give them some immortal herbs?

Finance channel: “Ye Chan's name is climbing the latest list of the richest people!”

Ye Chan: “...!!”

He'd only wanted to make a little money to feed the extra mouth in his household!

Meanwhile, when asked for an interview, the auspicious purple aura, divine spirit of the world, lord of all creation, and the extra mouth being kept by Ye Chan, Xie Dongchu, remained perfectly calm and modestly claimed no credit. “Well, I don't abstain from food.”
