I have strict standards for sickly characters. I don't like it when a healthy original body suddenly becomes sickly after the protagonist transmigrates, or when a sickly character somehow has absurdly high combat ability. This is my personal list, updated over time. The stars are not ratings.

I get excited whenever the protagonist gets hurt. I like seeing them hold back their pain while others worry over them and take care of them, or regret it afterward.
