The Max-Level Guide to Pampering the Paper Doll

A child-raising game called "Save Your Fiancée" forcibly took over the home screen of campus heartthrob Lu Xun's phone. Forced to play, the big shot went expressionless and retaliated by spending money like crazy:

His fiancée likes sweets?

Fine. Give her the most expensive bitter coffee.

His fiancée wants to go to a dance?

This purple dress is eye-catchingly ugly. Buy it.

His fiancée wants to go on a picnic?

This tractor is so flashy. I have to buy it for her to ride in.

But the little character in the game ended up getting a complete plot twist:

She successfully avoided the sweet milk tea laced with laxatives;

She wore the dress that was both ugly and ridiculously expensive so well that it went viral and took over the trending topics;

A rich young lady going on a picnic in a tractor?

Netizens: This is so ridiculous. I'm a fan!

Lu Xun: ...?

And so Lu Xun, "the doting husband," made it to the top of the spending leaderboard and successfully saved his fiancée :)

Jiang You, who was "saved" and brought into the real world, knew nothing about it. All she knew was that when she opened her eyes, she'd gone from a rich man's daughter to a universe-level pauper, a fool who studied hard but still came in last every time.

As she watched the various cannon fodder characters mock her for having nothing but looks, poor grades, no talents, and no manners, Jiang You, the paper-doll character with maxed-out skills in every category, smiled mysteriously.

Ever since the new transfer student arrived, the girls with crushes on the campus heartthrob had their hearts broken. Every few days, they would report Lu Xun and Jiang You for dating.

The dean watched them closely and discovered that the heartthrob really did pin the transfer student down in her seat every day...

To force her to do practice problems.

So he praised the heartthrob for being helpful and encouraged him to keep it up.

But the more encouragement he got, the more Lu Xun stopped acting like a decent person :)

Jiang You accidentally scraped her hand a little. Lu Xun frowned, held her palm tenderly, and said, "How did you get such a huge cut?"

Everyone: ...

Mission 2: Stay after school and do homework with the future domineering CEO.

Mission 3: Find a secluded spot in the woods with the future business tycoon after dark.

Waaah, why the hell do they all want to win me over?

In a panic, Lu Ming grabbed a handsome "random passerby" and talked him into a "win-win partnership" to slow down the male gods' progress in winning her over.

And so the amusement park trip, the homework session, and the rendezvous in the woods all turned into three-person outings.

Then one day, the "random passerby" cornered Lu Ming, looking regretful. "The System gave me a mission that requires your cooperation, but it's too much to ask. Never mind. Once I'm erased, you can ask someone else for help."

Lu Ming panicked. "I'll do it, I'll do it! What's the mission?"

The "random passerby" lifted the corner of his lips and, after a pause, said, "Kiss me."

With the attitude that "saving one life is worth more than building a seven-story pagoda," Lu Ming kissed him.

Soon came a second time, then a third...
