The Blossoms Fade, Leaving Young Green Apricots

Tang Yiyi woke up one morning to discover that she had transmigrated to the Southern Song dynasty and become Tang Wan's younger sister.

The love story of Tang Wan, Lu You, and Zhao Shicheng has been passed down through the ages, but Tang Yiyi can't help grieving Tang Wan's early death.

The Southern Song was a complicated era. On the one hand, its economy flourished, technology advanced, and foreign trade and cultural exchange were widespread. On the other hand, Neo-Confucianism developed, and society became harsh and restrictive of human nature. This era had Qin Hui, Lu You, and Yue Fei, as well as Zhao Huan, Zhao Gou, Wen Tianxiang, Lu You, Wanyan Zongbi, Liang Hongyu, Li Qingzhao, and Tang Wan... Talented men and beautiful women, treacherous ministers and powerful officials, the grand designs of the great and the joys and sorrows of ordinary people, pleasure quarters and stately temples: this was an era buffeted by storms, yet filled with poetry and romance.
