Zhang Surong, a mother of two, argued with her mother-in-law. During the scuffle, she lost her footing and fell down the stairs. When she woke up, she had returned to five years earlier. In 2003, the startup she and her husband had founded was booming. They bought a house and settled down in another city. That year, they also welcomed the child they'd always wanted. To take better care of the baby, she gave up her job and became a full-time housewife.
Over the next five years, she had a second child, moved into a bigger house, and enjoyed a comfortable life at home, free of financial worries, supporting her husband, raising their children, and managing the household. To outsiders, she had a son and a daughter, a happy family, and a wonderful life. Only she knew how awful things really were beneath the surface.
Now reborn, she once again has to decide what path to take as she cares for her premature daughter.
Note: The female lead is flawed and rather stubborn. This is a partly fictionalized setting, with mother-in-law and daughter-in-law battles, everyday family squabbles, married life, and a change of male lead. It's extremely melodramatic.
Here's a recommendation for the next story I plan to write. Please add it to your favorites (on the web version, just click the link).
The Silly Fake Heiress Blows Up Her Fish Pond
Blurb: Yao Yingying had a charmed life in the Yao family, where she grew up until the age of eighteen. As a rich heiress, she never bothered to study and made eating, drinking, and having fun her life's mission. Her dream was to inherit her family's fortune and lounge around like a lazy fish. She also had a rather wicked hobby: keeping a pond full of handsome young men from poor families, showing them the splendors of the world and enjoying life with them.
But one day, she was suddenly told that she was a fake heiress who had taken the real heiress's place. Once the real heiress, Yao Ning, returned, she would be kicked out of the Yao family and left to fend for herself on the streets.
Yao Yingying was suddenly gripped by a sense of crisis. Her first thought was that her fish pond was about to fall apart...
So what was she supposed to do about her aloof, secretly flirtatious, abstinent top student Li Yanjun; her gentle and considerate senior Mu Jinyi, who could be sweet or cool; her delicate, handsome, gloomy, and insecure sidekick Xu He; her arrogant, sharp-tongued junior Fei Anteng, who was always making suggestive remarks; and her domineering, doting, devilishly charming neighbor Zhou Ming...
There were so many beautiful men, and she didn't want to give up any of them. How could she choose? To avoid being kicked out of the Yao family and having her fish pond blown up, Yao Yingying embarked on a series of outrageous schemes.
Theme: Life doesn't always go smoothly. Even in adversity, live as your true self.

Beautiful, envious, when will my child grow up!
The children are written a bit short. My daughter is 165 when she is 12 years old. Now the children are taller.
Congratulations on the completion! Which one will I open next?
