No one knew who let it slip that Xing Zhou liked Nie Xingran, but soon everyone was making a big fuss about it. "Well, I've seen everything now. What kind of person could possibly like Young Master Nie?"

Nie Xingran leaned back in his chair, lazily spinning his phone.

Nie Xingran seemed to think of something too. He lowered his legs. "Yeah."

He hadn't paid the matter any attention and had never even heard of Xing Zhou, until the day he bumped into him and caught the scent of his osmanthus fragrance pheromones. It was faint, but sweet.

He was sensitive to pheromones. Every alpha smelled bad to him, except Xing Zhou.

**At a health seminar one day, all the students in their second year of high school were there, and every kind of pheromone was mixed together. Nie Xingran was about to suffocate from the stench. He grabbed Xing Zhou's wrist and held it beneath his nose, then gritted his teeth and cursed, "Why the hell are you so useless?" They were this close and he still couldn't overpower everyone else's pheromones.

What a total weakling.

He felt so awful that he dragged Xing Zhou under a desk, yanked at his collar, and leaned over the desk to sniff his glands.

The teachers, principal, and director onstage saw everything. Later, it even spread online. It was utterly scandalous.

Nie Xingran, the shou: a difficult kid, lazy, quick-tempered, soft. Xing Zhou, the gong: shameless, an air freshener, a perfume-making machine, always pushing his luck and taking every chance he gets.

Like everyone else, Xing Zhou couldn't help falling for a star. He did everything he could to get close and cling to him. When that star finally fell from his pedestal and tumbled from the sky, Xing Zhou caught him, and the star returned his feelings in kind.

In the game where Xi Ruo first met Shi Yiqing, he played Xuance, while Shi Yiqing played Baili Shouyue. Because of his prejudice, Xi Ruo's little face had been set in a scowl ever since he saw Baili Shouyue. Once the game started, he switched his view to watch Shi Yiqing. When Shi Yiqing missed a shot, Xi Ruo typed coldly, "Hey, bro, do you know how to use a basic attack?"

Then he stopped watching and prepared to carry the whole team by himself, even if it meant working a little harder. He'd just finished off the jungle monster when an announcement rang through the canyon.

"First blood!"

A lazy snort came over the team voice chat. "You keep calling me big brother, but when your brother gets hungry, you don't feed him."

That voice was incredible, and it was obviously not a voice changer. Xi Ruo's ears twitched. The kid silently weakened the red buff and pressed the group-up button, then gave Shi Yiqing the first red buff of the game, completely won over by his voice.

Later in the game, Xi Ruo swung Xuance's hook, stood on the enemy's red buff, and waited in front of his own red buff, carrying his team to victory. He was feeling pretty confident.

Still in his edgy phase, Xi Ruo stood in front of Baili Shouyue. He only came up to Baili Shouyue's shoulder. He typed, "Call me that again, and I'll give you this buff."

A cute little shou who speaks bluntly and acts cool, with a pretty face and the height and looks of a young heartthrob. The gong is a carefree, flirtatious heartthrob.

The shou is seventeen and a first-year university student; the gong is twenty and a third-year student. They have a three-year age gap.

Yiqing means treating others as you would like to be treated, but Shi Yiqing has taken the name quite literally. He's so affectionate! Very affectionate!
