So I'm the Lord of the Uncanny

In 20XX, the pollution outbreak began.

Zhu Yan was unconscious for three years. It seemed to have nothing to do with him, but...

His neighbor turned into a man-eating shark and dragged along half a ruined corpse to offer as tribute.

His coworker, with a chainsaw for a head, dumped his half-dead ex-boyfriend in front of him and said it was a way of paying respects to the local boss.

His friend burst into flames and roasted an aberrant beast for him to snack on.

All kinds of bizarre incidents happened around him. Fortunately, his boyfriend remained normal, with no signs of mutation apart from working overtime all the time.

Until one morning, when Zhu Yan woke to a fire in the building. Half-asleep, he was escorted by countless aberrations to the heart of the pollution source. When he opened his eyes, he came face-to-face with his boyfriend, armed to the teeth.

Zhu Yan: ...Would you believe me if I said I had no idea what was going on?

Xing Chuyuan, an inspector with the Abnormality Surveillance Bureau, is ruthless and domineering, but treats his beloved with boundless tenderness. Knowing his younger boyfriend is an ordinary person, he hides his true identity and gets close to him so he won't worry or be afraid.

The Lord of Aberrations awakens, and countless aberrations surge forth. Xing Chuyuan leads the special task force to provide support.

Deep in the polluted zone, Xing Chuyuan sees his younger boyfriend surrounded by layers of aberrations, and his eyes blaze with fury.

Just as he's about to rescue him, he sees the countless aberrations bow before his boyfriend, respectfully hailing him as their king.

Xing Chuyuan: ...???
